What it does

Detects your pitch in real time. Adds HR and HRV from a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor.

A pitch target moves across the screen. You hum along. Your live HRV updates underneath the hum in 5-minute rolling rMSSD — the same math Whoop, Oura, Garmin, Elite HRV, and Kubios all use.

A custom YIN detector runs in pure Dart on your phone. Per-pixel color shows match quality against the target wave.

Per-cycle scoring

Continuous match scoring with a locked-on pulse and an expanding teal breath cue. A summary chart shows accuracy per cycle.

Personalization

After 10 sessions an on-device grid search retunes the RESONATE pattern from your own response — cycle duration, hum/pause ratio, pitch start, pitch drop.

History & impact

Grouped Today / Yesterday / This week. HR sparklines, per-cycle accuracy, lifetime stats, and an Impact view that tracks HRV across weeks.

What's in the box

UNWIND
Slow descending hum. The most-studied of the patterns.
DRIFT
Long, narrowly-descending hum with a lullaby-shaped contour.
ANCHOR
A held, steady pitch at a slow paced cadence.
RESONATE
Pitch and pace near the cardiovascular resonance band (~6 BPM).
STILLNESS
Silent breathwork. Long, even breaths with no humming — the quietest pattern, paced for parasympathetic settle.
EXPLORE
Free-form humming. No target, no prescribed cadence.

The Stillness Program.

A guided arc for people who already know how to breathe slowly and want to see the floor of their nervous system. Seven sessions, progressively quieter, ending in a fully silent practice with the strap doing the talking.

Quieter each day

Hum volume tapers across the program. By day seven there's no vocalization — just paced breath and your live HRV trace.

Silent target

The screen goes dark between cues. The breath ring is the only thing moving. Eyes open or closed; the pacing holds either way.
